Refund Policy

At SonixAudio, we want you to love your bone conduction earphones. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)


PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window (at our discretion)


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Processing times vary by bank or credit card provider

  • Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale, promotional, or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, contact:

We will provide instructions and the return address via email.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if applicable

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS

Because SonixAudio products are electronic devices:

  • Items that show signs of misuse, physical damage, water damage, or improper charging may not be eligible for refund

  • Normal battery wear over time is not considered a defect

  • Earphones that have been worn or used for hygiene reasons may not qualify for return unless defective
